About Monet Anise Catering

I founded Monet Anise Catering in 2017 as a passion project rooted in my love for food, family, and bringing people together. What began as a simple idea has grown into a full-service catering company built on intention, excellence, and heartfelt hospitality.


For me, food has always been about more than a meal, it’s about creating moments of connection. With more than 20 years of experience in food service and hospitality, I’ve discovered my true sweet spot in catering, where I get to share soulful food and thoughtful service with clients across the tri-state area.


My style of cooking is inspired by Southern American cuisine with a modern twist. I love taking familiar comfort foods and reimagining them with bold flavors and elevated presentation while still honoring the traditions that make them special.


In May 2025, I expanded the brand with Monet Anise Café, a brunch-forward food truck that brings some of my favorite signature brunch dishes and our most requested catering items to the streets and events throughout the region.


Today, through curated menus and fully customized catering experiences, I’m proud to serve corporate clients, private celebrations, and festivals throughout the tri-state area, always bringing the same passion and care to every plate.
